Founded on 27th February 2022, KRMsoft was established with a vision to deliver innovative and practical digital solutions across multiple sectors, including solid waste management, liquid waste management, plastic waste management, and agriculture industries.
With extensive hands-on experience working with government bodies, NGOs, and private organizations, we identified a critical gap in efficient field data collection and workforce management. To bridge this gap, we developed our flagship product - Field HRM.
Officially launched on 5th April 2026, Field HRM is an all-in-one software solution designed to streamline field operations, improve workforce efficiency, and enable real-time data-driven decision-making.
