We perform daily automated backups of all client data. These backups are stored in geographically redundant locations to ensure data integrity even in the event of a regional outage.
2. Disaster Recovery Plan
Field HRM maintains a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Protocol with a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 4 hours and a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 24 hours. Our systems are designed to failover automatically to secondary availability zones.
3. Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Our infrastructure includes real-time monitoring and DLP safeguards to prevent unauthorized data exfiltration or accidental deletion. Soft-delete mechanisms allow for the recovery of recently deleted records.
4. Incident Reporting
If you suspect data loss within your account, please contact our support team immediately. We provide forensic recovery services for critical incidents whenever technically feasible.
